Services
Kynox provides AI automation consulting and implementation services for small and mid-sized businesses. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual client agreements. All project work is subject to the terms outlined in your specific service agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the first of each month. Setup fees are due upon project commencement. All fees are in US dollars.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of all custom automation workflows, integrations, and configurations built specifically for their business. Kynox retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, and frameworks used in the delivery of services.
Limitation of Liability
Kynox's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or AI systems.
